Don’t measure busywork. Don’t measure activity. Measure accomplishment. It doesn’t matter what people do as much as it matters what they get done.”
RED Day (Renew, Energize and Donate) is an initiative dedicated to celebrating Keller Williams Realty’s year-round commitment to improving our local communities. Each year, on the second Thursday in May, tens of thousands of associates from across the United States and Canada participate in a wide range of projects, devoting their time to renewing and energizing aspects of the neighborhoods in which they serve.
I just spent a week in Austin Texas with some of the greatest people that you would ever meet.
The event was Franchise Systems Orientation. There were many people there that were looking at the KW real estate model to open new market centers.
There were several of us that were in existing market centers.
The greatest take away was the international guest.
They were from China, India, Canada, Nova Scotia, Mexico, Switzerland and Argentina.
KW is in Vietnam currently.
I’m pretty sure that that “little” real estate firm in Austin may be going some where.
By the way, we have 80,000 agents and are the 2nd largest real estate firm in North America.
