Here is my first attempt at using a green screen in a real estate video. I purchased the screen from amazon for about $25. The lighting is florescent that is in my office.

I shot this on my hand held iPhone. The background is somewhat hazy and to be expected under the conditions.

I think that if the background is smooth and better lighting, the videos will look so much better.

I used Movavi (I’m not affiliated with Movavi at all) software. I have used it for about 2 years. It is simple to use. They offer a free/limited version.  I paid for the full version You can read about it HERE .There maybe better/easier/cheaper ones out there. This one seems to so the trick.
