I am going to help you track any losses due to the CV-19.

We are not sure what the end looks like, however we want to be prepared.
We will keep your files for you.

There are 2 tabs “lost listings” and “lost pending sales”. Please fill out the appropriate tab.
Just us the line that is empty. We will a total company record.

Below is a link to spreadsheet so that you can keep track of any listings that come off the market, sales that do not close, or operating expense increases that have occurred as a result of the CV-19 situation.

List the gross commission revenue lost on listing that would have sold, sales that did not close, list Agents past 12 month historic GCI and transaction count and last list any additional expense that you incur which is CV-19 related.

Don’t worry about total accuracy at this point. All you are doing is making a record for future use if compensation becomes available to your company down the road.

Office Exclusive listings:
What you need to know


Office Exclusive listings may not be publicly marketed. This includes all communication beyond your brokerage firm, including one-to-one communication via email, web, social media, or text.


What does this mean for you? 

As an MLS subscriber, you have two options when you take a listing:

  1. Enter the listing into the MLS within one business day of public marketing
  2. Make the listing an Office Exclusive and have your seller sign the Office Exclusive (Waiver of Broker Cooperation) form to confirm they desire an Office Exclusive, without public marketing – which includes communication to any real estate professionals outside your firm

If you plan to publicly market the property, including emails and online posts outside your brokerage firm, then you need to enter the listing into the MLS within one business day.

If your seller requests a listing not be entered into the MLS, the listing would be an Office Exclusive. An Office Exclusive cannot be marketed to anyone outside of your brokerage firm, including through one-to-one communications with other real estate professionals.

ACT NOW: Tell the Governor to PASS Association Healthcare This Year

Dear Fellow REALTOR®,
This is our LAST chance to get Association Healthcare passed this year!  We need you to take action AGAIN today! 
On Wednesday, the state legislature rejected the Governor’s amendments to our Association Health Plan legislation (House Bill 795 and Senate Bill 235) that would have delayed our chances for better health insurance for another year.
HOWEVER, we’re not there yet. The bills have now returned to the Governor for final approval. The Governor can let them become law or veto them.
We have ONE MORE opportunity this year to pass an association healthcare law that will allow us to explore options to offer quality, affordable health insurance to you as a Virginia REALTOR®.
During these uncertain times, we need to make sure the Governor understands that you need better options for health insurance. The middle of a pandemic is not the time to deny uninsured Virginians health insurance coverage options.
NOW’S THE TIME to get Governor Northam to do the right thing for hard-working Virginians and allow House Bill 795 and Senate Bill 235 to become law.
